*Please note that due to the complexities of entirely hand made objects, there may be slight variations in colors, finishes, dimensions and details. We make every effort to maintain physical and aesthetic standards as detailed in our product descriptions and images.
Terms of Sale
All orders need to first be approved by Donovan Design before any payments can be accepted by us. Orders are shipped F.O.B./ Southampton, NY. Since each piece is custom and made to order, there are no exchanges for other styles, sizes, colors or finishes. All sales are final. Please inspect all packages and goods upon delivery and save all packaging materials. If shipping damage has occurred, notify the Carrier immediately and schedule an on-site inspection with the carrier. Notify Donovan Design within seven (7) days of receipt of goods to qualify for repair or replacement of carrier damaged goods. In the unlikely event of shipping damage, your claim will be processed directly through the carrier. All sales imply that the purchaser has previously read and acknowledged the terms and conditions outlined on this page.
